Legal Status of Transnational Corporations

This study guide, published by Tashkent State University of Law and recommended by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of Uzbekistan, addresses the legal status of transnational corporations (TNCs) and the organisation of their activities. It examines the legal nature of TNCs and the specifics of legally structuring their business given that they operate globally across the jurisdictions of several states. Particular attention is paid to the participation of TNCs in the investment processes of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
